Website Submissions: Forms submitted via our website (hosted by Hostinger and secured with SSL encryption) collect basic contact information (name, email, phone number) and general travel interests/budget. Public-facing forms never collect passport numbers or financial details.

How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data strictly for reasonable business purposes, including:

Planning, managing, and finalizing your travel reservations.

Data Retention & Inactive Accounts

Ongoing Profile & Travel Records: Contact details, travel preferences, and identification data (including passport details and loyalty program numbers) are retained indefinitely to streamline future travel planning and maintain historical client records.
Inactive Account Retention Policy: To protect sensitive information, accounts that remain inactive for 7 consecutive years following the completion of a client's last trip will have high-risk identification details and uploaded documents (e.g., passport scans and security verification details) securely purged from our systems. Basic contact history and deletion request logs may be retained for tax, regulatory, and audit compliance.
Deletion Requests: You retain the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time prior to automated purges, subject to data we are legally required to maintain.
