This promotion entitles clients to a special celebratory discount on the standard professional planning fee for any qualified itinerary booked during the America 250 Sale window, valid for departures in the 2026 or 2027 calendar years. For general bookings, clients will receive a 17.76% discount on standard base planning fees, while active-duty military, veterans, and military spouses are entitled to an exclusive 25% discount on base fees to honor their service.
Additionally, itineraries booked during this window that include a U.S. National Park destination will qualify for a stacked bonus discount to celebrate America's natural heritage. Clients will receive an additional $25 off the total package fee for visiting at least one national park, or an upgraded $30 off the total package fee for itineraries that include two or more national parks. These discounts are applied per planning package rather than per person, ensuring a flat savings for the total travel arrangement managed under a single service agreement.
The offer is valid exclusively for new planning packages where the trip is initiated and the service contract is signed between June 15, 2026, and 11:59 PM EST on July 6, 2026. This promotion cannot be applied retroactively to existing client files, active research projects initiated prior to the start date, or previously paid fees. While these planning fee discounts are fully combinable with any active supplier-side promotions—including cruise line onboard credits, reduced hotel deposits, or promotional resort fares—they may not be combined with other agency-specific fee waivers or concurrent internal promotional offers outside of the stated national park stacking rules.
Please be advised that Knot & Compass planning fees are professional service charges for custom itinerary mapping and concierge support; as such, all fees remain entirely non-refundable, regardless of whether the travel is subsequently cancelled, postponed, or modified. This offer carries no cash value, is non-transferable, and remains subject to change or withdrawal without notice. Final pricing for all resort fares, cruise rates, taxes, tour fees, and supplier surcharges is determined solely by the respective travel operators and is separate from the agency planning fee.
