Tier 1 (1 - 5 Certificates): $350/certificate + cert cost

Tier 2 (6 -20 Certificates): $275/certificate + cert cost

Tier 3 (21 - 50 Certificates): $200/certificate + cert cost

Tier 4 (51+ Certificates): $125/certificate + cert cost
